Gingerbread Houses!

For Family Home Evening, we made gingerbread houses! Yay! This is our new center piece:

Joe made the "Old Lady That Lived In A Shoe"'s house. Just in case...it's a shoe.

The Mike N Ikes are shoe laces, the pile of Peanut Butter Cups is the old lady, the chocolate squares are her children, and the balls are the children's toys. Here is a close-up of the old lady:

This is mine...it started out being a princess tower like Rapunzel or something....I don't know what it is now....Big Ben or a lighthouse maybe?

The Mike N Ikes are the pathway, the peppermints are grass, chocolates are bushes. Fun Fun Fun!

Good job on those, guys!!! That looked like it was a lot of fun... I just might have to do that... don't know when... but I should. :)

Nice! Allison and I made one last year. Mine turned out to be a broken down 2 story flat in a slum on the lower east side with no running water, rats and a landlord that wouldn't fix the door. It was so sad. So, needless to say, I am impressed with your archetectual wonders.
