This is a long time coming but May 10th was not only my first mother's day but also our first wedding anniversary! We celebrated all weekedend. Saturday night, Joe took me out to dinner at 3 amigos and came home to watch a movie. On Sunday Eric let me sleep in, we went to church, Joe bought me a gift that was way too expensive, and he changed all the dirty diapers.
Most couples keep the top layer or a piece of their wedding cake for their anniversary, but we both think that is disgusting. We saved a little package of personalized m&m's. They were still edible!
